“Imperia Kadrov” offers a unique assessment tool that helps grade the level of personnel efficiency and assess the quality of your company’s services.
Selected according to your client’s typical characteristics, “mystery shoppers” (the undercover agents of “Imperia Kadrov”) visit your retail outlets and perform a planned scheme of actions. They choose products or services, communicate with the service personnel, ask questions, etc. All results are later recorded and analyzed.
The review consists of the following aspects:
Usually, the standard service package includes the writing of the scenario, one or two visits to the retail outlet/ sales office or a telephone check, a visit report (Mystery Shopper Questionnaire).

- Researching the strengths and weaknesses of competitors
- Promote sales
