Work Time Snapshot

“Work Time Snapshot” is a practice in HR that allows to observe the work of a particular group of personnel. The “Work Time Snapshot” is a type of surveillance which measures the time dedicated to the fulfillment of a task and overall time management. As a result, we can see an exact “snapshot” of what and in what time is done by the personnel.

The “Work Time Snapshot” service is useful for staff from various fields – both the “white collars” and the “blue collars”. This service includes:
  • Calculating the direct labour budget (for each employee)
  • Grouping time consumption in different categories
  • Analyzing the structure of labour hours
  • Finding the reasons for ineffective use of labour hours
  • Comparing the results of employees with similar tasks and assist in improving them
  • Analyzing organizational and technical working conditions and their influence on the direct labour budget
  • Analyzing time-management skills of top employees
  • Improving of the handling of projects by obtaining alternative data on the use of human resources
