• selection of the final Candidates, up to the quality of the targets and conditions settled, detailed reports for the Customer about each of the Candidates;
• pointing personal meetings between the Candidates and the Customer company representatives;
• new employee start working;
• follow-up during employee’s trial period.

During all the project realization stages IMPERIA KADROV takes all the measures necessary to keep the confidentiality of the data provided by the Customer.

IMPERIA KADROV offers guarantee for each project realized. In case of any claims connected with the Candidate during the guarantee period, resulted in his/her dismissal by own or Customer’s initiative, we run the re-search free of charge provided the requirements, job description and other vacancy details are left unchanged. Direct search guarantee period lasts from 3 up to 12 months and is determined individually.
