Outplacement includes consulting and support services for the employees discharged by the Customer due to reorganization or staff reduction.

Outplacement will let you:

  • reduce dismissal wages;
  • save company reputation with remaining employees, mass media and partner companies
  • keep ex-employees loyal (may prevent information leak to competitor companies)

Program 1. Adaptation for unassisted job-search.

2. Lectures and seminars:

  • active job search technology (composing of successful resume and cover letter, searching on job-related web sites etc.)
  • key techniques to successful interview

3. Individual work with the employee:

  • resume valuation, interviewing
  • professional skills and knowledge valuation, individual consulting on self-presentation and passing interviews
  • resume draw-up in Russian and translation into English,

4. Agency reporting to the Customer.


Program 2. Individual job search support and assistance

  • Customer’s approval of the list of Candidate’s potential employers.
  • Introduction of the Candidate to the potential employers, active promotion of the Candidate.
  • Interviews coordination, individual recommendations for passing interviews, professional support.
  • Receiving and analyzing feedback from the potential employers.
  • Negotiating employment terms, checking job-offers.
  • Agency reporting to the Customer.
  • Extra: psychologist services.
