Outstaffing lets you transfer selected employees to IMPERIA KADROV while they continue to work for your company. We conclude employment agreements with them. As they become our employees, we payroll and salary them, run all the necessary taxation and administrative work in this concern. The outstaffed employees can be provided by the Customer or found/selected by IMPERIA KADROV. The outstaffing period can last from months up to years.
